Delays in admission from the emergency department to the intensive care unit (ICU) may further contribute to poor prognosis. This retrospective cohort study aims to evaluate the association of ICU admission time, age stratification, and Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score with 30-day mortality among geriatric cancer patients admitted from the emergency department to the Anesthesiology and Reanimation Intensive Care Unit. Secondary objectives include assessing the relationship of these factors with intensive care unit length of stay, hospital length of stay, and in-hospital mortality.
