Participants completed supervised exercise training three times per week for 6 months. Exercise intensity was individually prescribed based on estimated maximal heart rate (HRmax) and continuously monitored using Polar H10 heart-rate sensors. Perceived exertion was also assessed using the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion scale to support safe and appropriate exercise intensity.
